We have a second computer now running as a work station and this weekend I will try to set up the computer which has Windows XP. It is supposed to be a refined version of ME and it does network with ME without problems (other than those that I created earlier this week) so I don't anticipate any trouble. You or someone in tech support had told us earlier that Windows ME is not a good OS for ClinicPro, but we've had no problems. I know you don't want to recommend it, but that has been working on our main computer for a year now. Anyway, just wanted to say "thanks!" and to let you know that I'd recommend your software to anyone. Just wanted to let you know we are very pleased with how well the conversion went. Although there is some fixing to do, it is much less than I had anticipated and we are currently working to put our database back in shape and learning the new program. I talked with the billing supervisor today and she mentioned how helpful the CPRO tech support has been while they've been learning the new program. So our many thanks to all who have been involved in this process. List Psychological Have to tell you how thrilled I am to have the new Clinic Pro up and running! You and your staff are amazing and very dedicated. Sure, our front desk and business manager are in the throes of the learning curve as I write, but despite their apprehension, are already expressing delight at some of the things the program can do. No doubt, they will do their share of complaining in the days to come. Yet if we persevere we'll get it together. Thank you for your data conversion. Thank you for sticking with us and it. Marilyn, I just wanted to let you know that our billing is working out wonderfully and I personally really like this new program. I know there will be upgrades to improve on it even more, but I am enjoying working with it now also.
